Psychotherapist Hadjivanova is an experienced mental health professional with more than ten-year experience. In the everyday practice Hadjivanova applies the Gestalt psychotherapy approach, through individual, partner and family psychotherapeutical sessions and psychological counselling. Currently she is in the process of completing education for second psychotherapeutical approach – Family and Systemic Psychotherapy, which is actively implemented with clients. She also has great success in working with group therapy approach, as well as working with clients aiming for personal growth and development. She also applies in the Center developmental assessments and psychodiagnostics for children, adolescents and adults, as well as play therapy for children, for which she is trained and certified. Furthermore, she possesses experience and certificates for counselling parents of children with special needs, as well as First Psychological Aid.
During her work experience she has completed vast number of cooperation with NGOs, institutions and various trainings and projects. As a long-year collaborator of EGAL she has gained significant experience and sensitization in working with LGBTI+ and MSM population. As a remote consultant of IOM-International Migration Organization, she facilitates trainings for youngsters aimed at preventing the violent extremism, improving critical thinking and emotional intelligence. She is being trained by experts from the Cambridge University in England and IOM-Bosnia and Herzegovina. Hadjivanova is also long-year collaborator of the Orphanage “11.Oktomvri”, as well as Pilot Training Centre – in Petrovec, where she executes screening and selection of candidates for military pilots for the helicopter units of the Army and the Police Forces of the Republic of North Macedonia. At the very beginning of her career, she gained several-year experience at the University Psychiatric Clinic in Skopje.
In the year 2019 she started the collaboration with the Association of citizens for rare diseases “Life with challenges” and since then she actively works on prevention and mental health treatment of this sensitive category of clients/patients. She transfers her gained experience by performing specialized trainings for mental health professionals throughout the country, as a psychotherapist-educator.
The Psychotherapist Hadjivanova possesses special license for practicing Health Psychology-Psychotherapy, issued by the Chamber of Psychologist, being an active member of the former. She is also a certified psychotherapist of EAGT-European Association of Gestalt Psychotherapy.
Hadjivanova is a registered supervisor at the European Accredited Gestalt Training Institute – “Counselling Facility for Human Cooperation”, and she performs supervision of the work of Gestalt Therapists in the process of education, as well as senior psychotherapists.
